1. Cancellations

Perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be cancelled. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

3. Products Not as Expected

4. Warranty Products

For items that come with a manufacturer warranty, please reach out directly to the manufacturer for any warranty-related claims.
