Elucidate Tech Warranty Policy

At Elucidate Tech, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our warranty terms carefully:


Warranty Terms

  1. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.

  2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out through Elucidate Tech service centers or authorized service centers only.

  3. For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the authorized service center, all collection and servicing expenses will be borne by the customer.

  4. Warranty continues for the unexpired period after repairs/replacement; repair time is not excluded from the warranty period.

  5. Elucidate Tech reserves the right to retain any replaced parts.

  6. Warranty continues after inspection by the service center; visiting charges apply for inspections.

  7. Paid installation or demo is available for all models and must be availed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

  8. The company’s warranty obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

  9. If spares are unavailable, depreciation rules will apply as a commercial solution.

  10. Accessories are not covered under repaired or replaced items.

  11. All disputes under this warranty are subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.

  12. The service center will determine whether repairs will be conducted on-site or at the service center.

  13. Extended warranty must be registered within 2 weeks of purchase.

  14. Replaced parts will be fully functional operative parts.

  15. Repairs may involve new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts.

  16. Promotional or extended warranties are subject to model-specific details.

  17. Free-of-Cost (FOC), promotional, or gifted items will also be covered under warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Products not purchased from an authorized Elucidate Tech branch.

  2. Products not used according to the instruction manual.

  3. Defects caused by improper or abusive use.

  4. Products failing under specific conditions such as water damage.

  5. Unauthorized modifications to the product or circuitry.

  6. Site conditions that do not conform to operating standards.

  7. Products with removed, altered, or obliterated serial numbers.

  8. Damage due to lightning, abnormal voltage, or acts of God.

  9. Damage caused by pests, insects, or rodents.

  10. Elucidate Tech is not liable for third-party claims, lost data, or economic losses.

  11. Warranty does not cover third-party software or content.

  12. Normal wear and tear of products is excluded.

  13. Damage caused by unauthorized accessories or software.

  14. Battery damage due to short-circuiting, tampering, or misuse.
