Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

We only replace items if they are:
Defective, or
Damaged during delivery
You must report damaged/defective items within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
